Get more out of every day

I like this system very much, especially since I’ve been in that overwhelming “everything is due now” situation. I tried changing my question to “How soon do you need this?” It allowed me to change my tasks to a priority rather that specific date. I think priority might fit into the system you describe as well. My tools on the iPad don’t always have an Upcoming or Later category. Asana is trying to offer an iPad app, but they don’t have it right for me, yet. I’ll wait a little longer for that to happen. Thanks for this helpful step by step. It sent me down my path with more confidence.

I’m glad I could help, @disqus_SallyE:disqus . The methods above can be applied to any system. Even using simple tags with #today, #soon, #later might be enough, or even different coloured post-its to represent priorities.
